But it also feels like even if you worked 24/7, there STILL wouldn't be enough time to get it ALL done!

Yup, I’ve been there!

And you know what the result was? TOTAL BURNOUT!

I was waking up, grabbing my phone to reply to clients. 

Getting the kids ready for school, then back home to work all day. 

Making dinner, then back onto my laptop until it was bedtime.

Once I got the kids to bed, it was time to put a show on in the background and bust out my laptop again!

There was no time for me.  I was preaching to my clients to balance their mindset, fitness and nutrition...

Yet I was burning the candle from both ends!

But I knew I needed to make a change!
 

My kids were getting this burnt out version of me!

I started my own business to help others, but also so I could work from home and have more quality time with my kids.

I wasn't spending quality time with them at all.

I was always on my laptop or phone!

I was sacrificing, efforting and suffering my way to results. 

But working with coaches and learning to trust my intuition more, guided me to find balance.

I'm going to teach you what I did to make more money without burnout or sacrificing time with my kids!

Over 10 years ago, I underwent my own physical transformation and began my journey of awakening.

I went from sitting in a welfare office at 18 and pregnant, to living in my dream home - in the most beautiful place - while running my business and continuing the deep dive in my own personal journey!

Now, I empower women to do the same.

My clients come to me whether they have mindset, body or soul alignment goals, because they know that all 3 need to be in balance in order to manifest the life, relationships, career and body they truly desire.

Many of my clients choose to continue working with me within my annual Mastermind Group because they love being part of this tribe and they know that the commitment to our higher self is a life long commitment of healing, learning and growing.

I’ve worked with hundreds of women (and dozens of men) over the past 8 years.
