I have been a space holder for the past 10 years - and well before that for all of my family and friends. Today, I work as a Spiritual Life & Business Mentor and Student of Shamanism.
I’ve been in the coaching space for the past decade, alchemizing my own journey, pain and lessons learned to help others find their own inner medicine.
I was told by a psychic medium 13 years ago that I too was a healer, and later that I was meant to work with people just like me. That has definitely been my truth the past 10 years!
Just like I experienced, so many of the women I have worked with have activated their own gifts after sharing space together!
December can be CHAOS!!
We often put ourselves on the back burner trying to make memories and traditions with our family...
Family... the greatest source of Love and also the greatest source of Pain!
Everyone ends up with this triggered, burnt out, overstimulated version of us... Rather than creating happy memories, we're forcing photos, constantly frustrated and reactive.
Queue the guilt and shame!
Then of course, there are many of us who have painful memories associated with the holidays! A traumatic childhood, grieving lost loved ones who can't be here to celebrate with us, etc.
