I’ve been a space holder for over a decade, and honestly, long before that for my family, friends, and the people who naturally found their way to me.

Today, I work as a Shaman, Retreat Host, and Spiritual Mentor, supporting men and women as they release what they’ve been carrying, reconnect with themselves and remember their own intuition, medicine and purpose.

For the past 11 years, I’ve been alchemizing my own journey, pain and lessons into sacred spaces where people can slow down, feel seen and supported, and come home to themselves.

Fourteen years ago, a psychic medium told me that I, too, was a healer and that I was meant to work with people just like myself. That moment changed the trajectory of my life and opened the door to the work I now do.

Since then, I’ve watched so many beautiful souls arrive at circle or ceremony feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of themselves… and leave feeling lighter, grounded, connected and more deeply in tune with who they are.

I’m not here to fix you.
